Team Update
So, plans have changed!
We have a great tour rider, a full sprint squad and now we will focus on training the final two sprinters to strengthen the squad and produce the U-23 squad and the ambition we have for this team
Race Update
We've completed my unofficial ambition for this season, to win at least a result in each tour we participate in. We achieved this in the four we entered this season (all be it, a lot of 3rd places!)
Next season will see Shivers in TF at Giro di Montelbano & Kangaroo Tour. Venable or one of the trainees we are training will then be in TF at Norway Tour, so plenty to plan for next season!
U-23
As you would imagine, this consists of 6 U-23 riders. We have sourced two so far (both will be transferred in on Day 31 next season.
This squad will act as the training squad for the sprinters and any other discipline we may venture into in the future. The aim is to make 400k a season to allow two trainees a season in this squad, so we should have a constant rotation of 6 U-23 riders, which if good enough, will be promoted into the main squad when they turn 23 y/o. If not they'll be released to finance the purchasing/training of the next talent.
Training
Since the last press release, many riders have been trained, all listed below! We are now to 4 rider left to train in total, 2 of which we have the finance to max now and the other two should be maxed by the end of next season.
Maxed

Continued....
But still frustrating, it’ll be interesting to see what happens.
I personally think on Day 1, all sponsors should be taken off the teams, the new values implemented with a sponsor available to pick from 12:00 GMT. Hard reset
@paceuts, thank you! Never completed in the U-23, so quite excited to see the quality of the competition
@Oli, in the end it just made more sense, I always have a second squad to train riders, so why not give it a purpose and hopefully make some money from it. Sponsors are a bit disappointing, thankfully it won’t affect Konrads or Elias training or purchasing Elias and the 2 U-23’s on Day 31, b
Good to hear your plans. I'm sure the U23 is a better 2nd focus than the GC/tour team. I hope the sponsor bodge doesn't affect the training plans too much!
Great post, good luck with the U23 team
